CAN YOU WAIVE SHIPPING ON MY ORDER?

We take care of shipping expenses on any order $30 and above. Products on sale are still eligible for this offer. 

 

DO YOU SEND ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS?

All customers are sent a confirmation email at the time their order is placed and once again following shipping.

 

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

Don’t worry. Items are sometimes shipped individually depending on availability so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Therefore it is normal for you to receive your items separately.

 

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY PURCHASE?

All customers are sent a dispatch confirmation email to the email you provide at the time of purchase, once your order has been processed and dispatched. Sometimes this email can end up in your spam or junk mail folder depending on your mail filter.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

If you received the wrong item or the item hasn’t arrived within 20 working days, we will refund or replace your order upon request. 

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Most orders arrive within 3-10 working days from the date an order is placed, however in rare instances orders can take longer due to location and stock availability. 

Items dispatched within the United States, Canada, and Australia usually arrive earlier than those to other destinations worldwide.

Items are dispatched as they become available, therefore if one item in your order is currently awaiting stock, your other items will be dispatched first. 

 

WHAT IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel an order any time within two hours of placing it by visiting here. Please use the same name/email you used when you placed your order. Your refund will be subject to a refund processing fee of $2.95. This fee may be waived in the event you place a replacement order.

 

WHAT IF I USED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

No problem! Simply visit here and include the correct shipping address. Please use the same name/email you used when you placed your order. Your shipping address can be changed by our processing team at any stage prior to your order being dispatched.
